Privacy Policy & Disclosure

I started this blog to share the products, strategies, and activities that I have found that improve my quality of life while living with wrist pain. I know others that have similar issues and it helps to talk about ways to work around limited wrist functionality at times.

I review products on this blog and some of these articles will be linked to a website where you can purchase this product. I always try out and use these products before I recommend them (or don’t recommend them). I am not paid to give a positive review. I do not receive free stuff to review. I just tell you how the product is as I see it. The products that I review are things that I have purchased and used and then I am recommending or not recommending them to you just as I would to a friend. If you decide you like the product and click on the link I provide to purchase it,  I will get a small percentage of sales through affiliate programs. I do not recommend a product simply to make money. If I don’t like it or it didn’t do what it was supposed to do, I won’t recommend it. I’m not going to make a ton of money off of this blog, but I’m hoping the funds will help support this blog so that I may continue to devote time to it.
